Is Alertpay Safe?

I have receiving a lot of queries about AlertPay being safe or not.

To be true, I have used AlertPay for quite some time, and I guess I am in a position to comment well about the issue.

There are a lot of good payment processing companies out there (Paypal, Moneybookers, AlertPay). Paypal is surely the largest and most convenient for most people. Before of their early start, most people sending or receiving money online depend on them. However, Pyapal happens to be inconvenient for a lot of issues, and although gets away because of their extremely wide acceptance. Nearly all online merchants accept Paypal for payment, that makes more people use paypal, which in turn makes more merchants accept paypal payments. This is a domino effect which has made paypal succeed over the years.

Paypal does have a lot of problems too, listed below:

High transaction fees. Receiving funds for personal accounts used to be free, but now paypal applies 1%-2.5% fees on personal accounts too. The fee is even higher (upto almost 3.5%) for merchant accounts. The fee structure is absolutely ridiculous.
Does not support a lot of countries, and poses problems for few others. For example, a person from Bangladesh cannot open a Paypal account. Also, a few days ago paypal declared that for the next few months, they cannot release funds for Indian members because of a clash with the Indian authority. With Paypal problems like these occur almost regularly.
Limited withdrawal options. Paypal only allows members to withdraw money to their bank accounts, and only to the one enlisted for the account.
Regularly locks account and ask for verification (credit card details to be verified again). They say this is done for safety, but hnestly, this sometimes get really annoying.

Alertpay, although not very popular, is very good. About reliability, you should not have any question. They are enlisted and as valid as Paypal or MoneyBookers. I have been using Alertpay for almost three years and never had any problem.

Additionally, they have a lot of good features:

Low transaction fees. Sending and receiving money for standard members is completely free.
Lot of withdrawal options. You can withdraw money through bank transfer, bank wire, cheque by mail, and credit card.
Accepts members from all countries.
You select an additional pin for your account which is needed for transfering money (apart from logging into your account using your password). This means that even if your account is hacked, one cannot just get in and transfer your money. They will need the pin, which you only know, and better, this is not even transferred to your mail account.

I personally use both Paypal and alertpay, and also moneybookers. I currently have a lot of online businesses and have to maintain all these three. But if you ask me which one I am most satisfied with, I am definitely gonna say AlertPay.

IsabelMarco No Longer Will Pay Free Members: What Next??

IsabelMarco is no longer going to pay its free members.

Whats your opinion about this? This is going to harm almost a million free members, whereas premium members are only very few relatively (~30,000).

Although I myself is a premium member, I apprehend that this is going to be doom for a lot of us and other members. Because:

This will also result in a fewer no. of people joining daily. A lot fewer.

Referrals we have purchased will stop clicking (as they are new members, ad unlikely that they bought a premium).

Less trust on isabelmarco, and we all know, if isabelmarco goes down, the whole ptc go down (i am going to leave ptc for sure).

All pending payments of free members will probably get deleted.

If this whole thing was to avoid cheaters (as the admin claims), some better steps should be taken instead.

1. Introduce captcha confirmation after ad (like ear3, extra10).

2. Introducing captcha confirmation (or requirement to click a button) before ad (like neobux).

Most probably, IsabelMarco is turnig into something less good, actually, i fear more. This was the ptc we trusted most. If it goes like the others, we will nolonger go on with ptcs.

We are really, really not happy. Readers, wait a few more days abd lets see what happens. We will keep you updated. For people who have not joined this site already, please do not join it now. Lets wait ad observe.

SCAM ALERT: Clickin.Me Cancelled Alertpay Withdrawal Option And Now Supports Only Wire Transfer

Now, this is another new scam site, with an innovative idea of scamming.

They just canceled all payout requests through alertpay. And they are now only offering cashout through alertpay, god knows for what reason. Now lets go with what we have found out, and what are the facts.

LOW CASHOUT??: Because of the low cashout, they used to say, that they were receiving thousands of cashout request everyday. For that, they were making the delays, since handling such large volume of cashouts each day was not possible. And more, they refused to raise the payout level from $2, since they believed such a low payout was the reason behind their success.

BANK FEES- SO ARE THE CASHOUT REEQUIREMENT LOW ANYMORE??: So why are they initiating bank transfer then? Bank transfer fees are very high, in some countries its as high as $20 per transaction. In no part of the world a bank transfer is possible without a fee; a fee which is never too low. So effectively, you cannot cashout $2, since this will leave nothing in your hand after the fees are cut off.

WHAT IS THEIR PROBLEM WITH ALERTPAY??: Well, they first set up bank transfer as an option besides alertpay, and no one had any complain. Now they are asking for bank transfer only, no alertpay. What the heck is their problem with alertpay? If handling payouts are too tiredsome, why cannot they shift to an instant paying script, or just raise the payout, or require minimum number of clicks for payout?

DESPERATE BANK TRANSFERS??: When asked why they are so desperate about bank transfers, they only have one logic- "The world's best companies use bank transfer for paying affiliates". They even mentioned Adsesne as an example. Dude, WTF? I understand Adsense and clickin.me are both advertising agencies, but how can one compare these two? Adsense solely makes Google the world leader in the business today, and Adsense is the biggest reason of Microsoft losing their no.1 position to Google. And you guys- a thousand dollar worth of ptc?

SALE SALE SCAM: They just had a sale going on a few days back, which is still running on their site. All referral packages and premium memberships were discounted by 30%. And just after a lot of poeple bought a lot of referrals and premium memberships, they changed the cashout system. They even did not give any pre-annnouncement. Now suddenly, people have realized their money has all been wasted. When asked for a refund, the admin says no refund is possible as per "TOS". Now, its pretty obvious why they initiated the cashout change just after the sale. Easy money stolen.

WHAT ABOUT 18- PEOPLE (age less than 18)??: A huge portion of ptc clickers are below 18. And even in their TOS, nowhere its stated that a member should be above 18. Now the problem is, in alot of countries one must be above 18 to create a bank account. What about them? With no bank account, they can no transfer, so no cashout. IS NON-PAYMENT A PART OF CLICKIN.ME TOS?

YOU PLAN TO STEAL MORE MONEY??: Now its clear, with bank transfers, one cannot cashout low. So you gotta reach big amounts (maybe $50+) to get a reasonable amount in your hands. Okay if you plan to reach that amount clickin yourself, but that will take months (almost). Sorry, you wont get help from referrals, they are not that dumb to continue clicking. So to earn good, one will have to consider buying referrals, and premium. Ahh, more moneys lost. I can guarantee that you wont get active referrals, as there won't be that many stupid members. However, this won't apply if they sell you bots (which they will be doing soon most probably).

MEMBERS NOT THE MOST IMPORTANT??: In answer to a statement stating members as the most important part of their ptc, the admin said "advertisers are the most important". They got advertisers? With no one to click anymore, how many of the advertisers will stay interested? No one. Nil, zilch, nada. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR ADVERTISERS TOO.

WHAT CURRENT MEMBERS SHOULD DO??: Bid good bye to the site. This is for the good of the whole potc community. If some of you stay with them, then more ptcs will be encouraged to use the same systems, in the process robbing a lot of users. Better, spread the news. Post in money related forums, alert others, blog, do everything else. Inform your referrals too, enocurage them to boycott the site. Help them shut down quickly, without cheating any more of us.

ThinkBux Under DDos Attack

We already know about the recent stream of Ddos attacks on each and every ptcs one by one, and Thinkbux is next on the list.

The site was offline for a day, and they came back with protection from BlackDos. But still, the site is not working well, and there are frequent errors, problems with viewing ads, and delayed payment.

However, Thinkbux remains as one of the best sites out there. They still pay extremely fast (24h) and have superior support, although payments for the last few days are being delayed. Our full support towards them.

We used to highly regard Earn.nu, and they were one of our top list. They used to have a lot of innovative features, and paid on time. But currently, they are just going down. The admin disappears every now and then showing stupid reasons, and now he is gone "On Vacation" where he has "no access to internet". Just the time when he was needed most (continuous script errors, referral problems, renting problems, serious cashout delays, problem for premium members with instant cashout, etc), he disappears again.

We used to have fair earnings from this site, but now we are dubious about the future of Earn.nu.

So viewers, please keep an eye on them, and we discourage people to join/invest into the site currently.

Now we had Big expectations about them. And to justify our claim, they are back, back strongly. Almost all of the problems that members were bugging about have been answered in the forum too. The updates are as follows:

1. Direct referrals - A site backup as on 6th July has been uploaded. As a result, direct referrals before that period were given back to members. Referrals signing up after that period has been replaced by the same no. of random referrals.

2. Rented referrals - This section has not been fixed yet. All members' rented referral no. reads zero. But this should be fixed soon, and members will be given back the days they lost due to site being offline.

3. Instant Cashout - Instant cashout will launch within an estimated 7 days. Instant cashout will be available to premium members only. Standard member payout time will decrease to 1-7 days (30 days previously).

4. Upgrade - Upgrade price is said to be increased soon.

Well, we are happy with the present conditions. We got back 7 of our original referrals. 2 new random referrals, who seem to be pretty active too. We lost one referral, who joined on the day the problems started. Anyway, so far so good for us. We have a high trust on this site, and are thinking of upgrading soon (first, we look for monthly upgrade, $5 per month).

Earn.nu News: Site is Being Fixed, Members Will Be Given Back Their Old Referrals

In an announcement in the forum, the admin said that the errors are being fixed.

Members were assigned random referrals (same as the no. they had previously), as referrals infos were lost. But many of the members were not satisfied, for basically these reasons:
1. Many had deals with their referrals, and gave bonus on clicks.
2. There's no guarantee on the activities of these referrals.
3. Previous members were all active for some members.
4. Upline was also changed.

We also had nine referrals, 7-8 of which were very active. But the referrals we got later were NOT active.

However, admin said that this issue will be solved too in an upcoming announcement, provided members can name their referrals and upline.

This is good for us, as we know the names of all our referrals.

Currently, the site is pulled offline for fixing issues. Will come online again when these problems are fixed. Forum is still open, so you can go and check that for more detailed information.

Earn.nu News: Site all Messed up After Launch of Referral Renting System

Earn.nu, one of our most trusted sites is going through serious script bugs and referral problems.

As you might know, they announced the Instant cashout system to launch within a week (i.e within a few days more), during which time they will pay off all the pendiong cashouts. We too got our payment too, just two days ago, and the payment was a lot earlier than was stated by the TOS (I will post the payment proof later).

However, they launched a new service on 11th August; referral renting system. But all started going wrong after this. People rented, but didnot get referrals, some got fewer than they asked, and so on. People who complained were all refunded, and on 12th August, Renting System was launched again. We also rented 10 referrals, and got 9. But he next day, all is massacred.

1. We are not seeing our own referred referrals. There were 9 referrals in my account (+1 joined to day). Rather, we are seeing 9 referrals with numbers as username, all said to have joined on 12th August with 0 clicks each. Almost all of my previous referrals were very active.

2. Our rented list still reads 9 names. However, they have got the following usernames:

About the situations, the admin says that they are currently working to fix the bugs. I trust him, he has always been very responsive and trustworthy. But still, such a mistake is not expected from a site you trusted most.

Sorry guys, if you are depressed too. But I am supposed to get you true pictures. But hold on tight as i really do expect that all things are going to be fixed up soon. More updates about this situation coming soon.

Bux.to News: Fails again at the 9th August Deadline

If you are quite accustomed to PTCs, then you should know who Bux.to are. They used to be the pioneer in the business, a LOT better than its other competitiors. They were so good, that there are still members who are making invewstments of thousands of dollars in purchasing referrals ad upgrades.

Now to the news. Keeping up with their track record of breaking each and every promise they themselves make, they could not keep the previous statement too.

They announced that all backlogs will be cleared in about 4 weeks (4 weeks' last day was 9th August), and now that 9th August is passed, thay could not make much improvement.

However, they are saying that this is due to an Alertpay Problem, which has been solved today.

As of now, they say that all mass payments have been started again. Hope they are doing good. But with their track record, no one can have much faith.

Zetbux.com Ends Up As a Scam

Although Zetbux looked really promising at the beginning, they have ended up as a scam. THey used to pay their members at the initial stages, but after some period had stopped processing all payments. And since there were no forums, communicating with the admin is not possible. They don't reply to support tickets. And worst, their hosting is already suspended.

So do not click Zetbux ads even if it returns. It is a scam. I had about $13 pending for cashout (and Jok3r had further $4 for cashout), and 11 referrals most of which were very active. All of my time into the site wasted.

ALERT!!! Alertpay Account Hacking/Frauding Attempts. KEEP YOURSELF SAFE.

I have heard this things before, about Paypal. Now its happening about Alertpay. Today, I got a message from 'said to be' AlertPay team, and they asked me to "validate my account" by logging in and changing my password. They also gave two links to the site, through which I should go on to the site and change my password and transaction pin too.

But the links were directed to a site with domain name "http://aiertpay.com/" and "http://www.aiertpay.com/login.aspx". Yes, please notice the "i" in place of "l". The site looks almost excatly like the real alertpay site.

But i couldnot get the trick at first, and went on to change the password (that is, i gave out my pass and PIN). In both cases, the pass and PIN were required to be entered twice. At these stages, I suddenly noticed some spelling errors, and I realized something is not right. At least, at a big site like alertpay, you dot see frequent speeling errors. As i noticed the address bar, i realized that i was going to be scammed, it was aiertpay.com, not alertpay.com.

I quickly went to my account at alertpay.com, and changed my password and PIN. Now I am safe, but I want to make sure that you guys dont get caught by the scam.

Here are the details, and how you can identify the fraud attempt first hand.

The message sender was same, no-reply@alertpay.com. I am not sure how they did this.

Here is the mail they sent.

It reads:

** ALERTPAY: IMPORTANT NOTICE**

Due to the growing of our site Alertpay and the terms you have already accepted at the time of registering, you must update your password every time we request for it. It is just for security issues and to verify that you are an active member of our site. For that reason we beg you to update your personal information through this link which directly links you with your email account in order to vein order to verify that you are the real owner.

http://www.aIertpay.com or http://www.aIertpay.com/login.aspx

When you change your password, it gives us the enough information to know that you are an active member and that way all your investments that you get from your referrals from our site will be instantly accredited after you change your password.

Links redirected to "http://aiertpay.com/" and "http://www.aiertpay.com/login.aspx". Notice the "i" in place of "l".

Here is how the fraud site looks. (Yeah, it looks exactly the same).

Also, instead of starting with http://, alertpay address starts with https:// (secure link).

Apart from the password changes, all other links in the fraud site are redirected to the actual alertpay site.

I have sent a forgery complaint to alertpay support, hope they do something about it very quickly.

AND ONE VERY IMPORTANT ADVICE.

This forgery or fraud attmept is made by, as you might guess, a PTC owner. You know how many of the PTC sites are scams, and they are always in attempt of stealing your password to the legit PTCs and your Alertpay account.

Always follow this rules.
Use different passwords at different PTC sites.
And ofcourse, never use your Paypal or AlertPay (or moneybookers, egold....) password as password at any other sites.

What are PTCs? What's in there for ME? I heard there is Free Money!

If you have already passed some time in the internet, you must have already come across many "get rich quick" schemes, claiming to make u "millionaires" within months following their "secret" methods. And if you are wise enough, you must already know that those are all waste of time and money. However though, there are some valid methods to earn real money online. Blogging, affiliate marketing, GPTs, PTRs, PTCs are some of the most common methods. As the site and this very post is about PTCs (and sometimes GPTs), i wont go into details of the others.

PTC is "Paid To Click". Yeah, you earn for free, and you dont have to spend even a dime (and nothing else even whatsoever). You get paid clicking and viewing ads. The programs are totally free to join, and requires NO PAYMENT. The money earnt is not much, but is sufficient to be considered as some "extra" cash getting into your pocket. Of course there are options for enhancing your income, for e.g, getting referrals, working for a lot of sites, etc. You wont get RICH, but if you need some easy cash, you should try PTCs. An earning example:

You click 10 ads each day: 10X0.01 = $0.10
You have 10 referrals
clicking 10 ads each day : 10X(10 X 0.01)=$1.00
Earning per day : $1.10
Earning per month : $33.0

Now think, this is an example for one site only. This prospect can be ten times more with ten sites. What if you had more referrals per site, or more number of sites?

So although i said that the earning is not much, it does can get huge if you can give some effort.

So if you want to get on with PTC sites, this post will act as a tutorial for you.

BASIC THINGS TO-DO:

1. You have to join Alertpay or Paypal for cashouts.
You will be paid through either Alertpay or Paypal. Some sites pay through Paypal, and most sites pay through Alertpay. So if you donot have accounts already, sign up below.

2. Sign up for your site. For tutorial purpose, you may sign up for this site: Foxcash (click the link to join). In the sign up form, you will be needed to fill in your details, along with your alertpay address. I the country drop box, if you do not see your country (for e.g. Bangladesh is not in the list), just pick some other country. There is no problem.

3. Log into your site. After you log in, you will see the welcome screen. There will be some tabs, commonly: Home, Surf ads, Stats, Forum, Support, Advertise.

Home - Welcome page
Surf ads - You will see the ads here.
Stats - Your account infos (total earning, ads clicked, referrals, etc)
Forum - Forum of the site members.
Support - If you have any question.
Advertise - If you want to advertise in the site (I guess this is not needed for you).

4. Surf ads: You will get the ads on this page. You will see a list of ads. Click on an ad. A new tab/window will open. You will see a bar on the top of the new tab/window, and a timer counting down from 30. After 30 second is over, you will see a TICK sign. Now close the ad or window.
Congrats, you have earnt yourself 1.5 cents (Of course not much, you will know how to earn the most in the shortest time later in this post).

Click all the ads. There will be about 20 ads, so after all are clicked in this manner, you have earnt yourself 30 cents.

5. Stats/My account: This is the section where you see your earnings. Also in this page, you have a very important thing: Your very own referral link. You will also see your referral list, and referral earnings. Now how to get referrals?

6. Gaining Referrals: You may refer your friends or other people who might be interested about this earning method. Use YOUR VERY OWN REFERRL LINK to refer them. When they sign up through your link, they will be automatically added as your referral. The referral commission is extremely generous in ptcs; most of the good ptcs offer 50-100% commission on referral clicks. For e.g, foxcash offers 1c per referral click. So when your referral cliks 20 ads, he earns himself 30c, and you earn 20c as commission. Your referral will not loose anything. Try to gain as many referrals as possible for all of your sites.

7. Cashout: For each site, you must reach a certain level of earning to cashout your balance to your alertpay or paypal account. This is generally in between $2 to $10. For e.g, you will be able to cashout in foxcash when your earn $10. To do this, just go to "Stats" and click "Cashout".

8. Payment time: Payment time varies for different sites. For foxcash, its currently very fast; 1 week. You can view the cashout time for each site at the TOS or FAQ section.

These are the BASIC concepts you will be needing. Some sites might have slightly different rules and features, and to know more specifically, visit their FAQ and TOS sections.

To start you off, I have put down a list of the most trusted and highest rated sites below. These will pay you moderately higher than other sites, are more trusted to pay (there are lots of scam sites in the PTC field, watch carefully), and will pay in time. Its been about 1 and a half year since i have been into PTCs and other money earning sites. I have gone through a lot of "Millionarire" schemes, and I was quick to realize that all of them were scams. After long researches and evalutaions, i understood that nearly all of the programs offering "Easy money for doing nothing" are scams and eventually waste of times, but on the other hand, the legit ones offer little for your time (at the beginning).

As I went through, I have rather narrowed myself into PTC sites, however, I have got other options too. I have had good experience in the relevant field. I have seen numerous sites rushing in, silent sites growing big, the best sites falling out, and so on. I now know the legit sites, can predict if a new site is to be trusted, can tell you where you should invest, and where you should not.
